Correspondences boxes
Taysir provides a unique inbox per department or unit, this inbox can be accessed by one or several users according to their position in the organization. Operations on the inboxes and correspondences can be restricted from a user to another like incoming registration or external outgoing registration. Forwarded an closed correspondences are also stored into boxes to make tasks and operations monitoring easier. Specific features are also provided according the box type to perform specific actions like forwarding, printing, closing, archiving…
Correspondences registration
Correspondences can be external or internal, for both, users can register them on the system with all the attached documents. Incoming correspondences information like the subject, recipient, sender… are registered on the system and the documents are scanned and saved within Taysir integrated DMS. All attached documents (PDF, Tiff, JPG) will contain a barcode identifier integrated with the watermark technique to link the document to its electronic copy. Users can save a draft of the correspondence and retrieve it later to finish its registration. Other features are also provided like printing a barcode stickers to glue on the original correspondence documents to link them to the electronic copy on the system, also the user can print an acknowledgment receipt to forward the original copy to another unit or department.
Search engine
Search privileges can be limited to the user unit or all organization’s departments. Even when a user has privileges to search on all correspondences, confidential ones will be posted only when they belong to that user. Several search criteria are provided to make search operation more accurate and easier to reach the requested correspondences quickly. Taysir is integrated to Google Search Appliance engine and this option can be requested by customers to unify search operations in the hole organization with an entire preservation of the users rights and privileges to view the correspondences and with secured access and .

Organizational chart
Taysir system can integrate multi-levels organizational charts and assign an automatic inbox to every department or unit. Departments constitute the address book of the organization/company. An inbox can be managed by several users and a user can assign an interim to manage its correspondences along its vacation. Integration with existing systems: Taysir has a service oriented architecture and can integrate with existing systems using web services or any other specific technique.
